Trauma Therapist in Austin
Life has a way of throwing curveballs.
2020 ruined your plans. It brought up old wounds. It made you sit back and reflect. You realized you’re not satisfied with how things are… you realized you can’t go on like this.
You probably also realized that you’ve been here before.
This isn’t the first time your life veered off course. This is just one of many times your plans fell through. One of many times you’re left to wonder, “How did I get here?” “How did I let this happen?”
I’ve been where you are right now. In midlife I found myself unhappy, dissatisfied and distressed. I’d worked so hard for a “good life” but it still felt out of reach.
For the first time ever, I walked into a therapist’s office for help. It changed my life.
I am a trauma therapist but I do not believe therapy can be “one size fits all.” You are complex, with a unique life and experiences. My role is to be your guide. To ask the tough questions that spark growth. To provide safety, feedback, and practical tools for your challenges.
You need counseling in Austin that is uniquely tailored to your needs. You want solutions you can use in your daily life:
Address living with childhood trauma
Change the way you relate in relationships
Manage your symptoms of PTSD
Work through anxiety, grief, sadness and lack of motivation
Overcome your critical inner voice and find inner peace
You are the expert in your life. I am an expert in helping people get unstuck. Together we will discover what keeps getting in your way.
Together, we will work towards the full and authentic life you deserve.
