My fees for all therapy sessions are:
55-minute session: $225
80-minute session: $310
I accept all major credit cards through an app called Ivy Pay, as well as Zelle and cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise discussed in advance.

I require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within that window, the full session fee will be charged unless you are able to reschedule within the same working week. This policy helps ensure availability for all clients and supports consistency in care.
-
I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide a receipt called a superbill. You may submit this to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement, depending on your specific plan and coverage.
Before starting therapy, you may want to contact your insurance company and ask:
Do I have coverage for therapy services?
Does my plan include out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is the reimbursement rate for an LCSW provider?
Do I have an annual deductible, and how much has already been met?
You may also be able to use funds from a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for psychotherapy. Please check with your employer or HR department to confirm eligibility.
