Trusted Attachment Trauma Care

Therapy is based on a warm and relational approach that helps you understand how your early experiences affected how you connect with others today. You have a safe place to look at habits like fear of being left behind, wanting to please others, or having trouble trusting people.

Personalized and Somatic Therapy

To heal attachment trauma, you often need to do more than just talk. Somatic therapy and ART always gently work with the body. These techniques will help you deal with emotional anguish that you have stored up, calm your nervous system, and feel more stable in your daily life.

Support at Your Own Pace

There is no need to hurry the process. Therapy is flexible, works with you, and is based on what you can handle. The goal is to make things safe, interesting, and consistent so that you may progress in a way that feels natural and lasts.

Attachment Trauma Therapy Austin to Help You Feel Safe in Your Own Story

A lot of people don't realize how much their childhood wounds affect their relationships as adults. Therapy is a peaceful, safe place where you may slowly look at these memories and how they affect you. You learn how to calm down old survival reflexes, figure out what makes you angry, and make new connections that feel safe and respectful. It's easier to heal when you don't have to do it alone.
